So convenient that my local Ralphs sells cat, both canned and dry.
My baseball roadtrip starts today! Go Brewers, Tigers, White Sox (that’s a stretch to root for, though) and Cubs!!
I will miss you Jobber and bed…here I come Hotels! :)
It starts now. So many Cossacks of SSU gathered in Big Basin. If Mike and I had to get off of that Carnival Cruise for anything, I’m glad it’s for this. :) See you all soon! #cossackcamping
I am going on one of those, “why am I doing this on vacation?” vacations. Don’t get me wrong, totally pumped! That said, I get tired just thinking about all of it.
I leave on Monday, July 25 for a #CarnivalCruise with the fam! YAY to drinks and pools, #Catalina and #Ensenada, Mexico. I want to skeet shoot something, as well.
We dock at 8am on Friday, July 29th when Jobber Jonez and I head back to VB to shower and get ready to camp in #BigBasin, Santa Cruz for #CossackCamping! It’s going to be epic!
Sunday, July 31 the camping ends and we visit family in the bay for one night, and one night only. Back on a plane to LAX on Monday, Aug 1 (what?! it’s already August?!).
Jobber’s job of being the best vacation escort around is done at this point. I will miss you JJ, I love you.
I fly out to Milwaukee at 9a, Tuesday, Aug 2 and meet up with Katie, Casey and Micah on their Baseball Roadtrip (#BBRT) for a Brewers v. Cardinals game at 7p! YAAAAAY!
In the car, headed to Detroit on Wednesday, Aug 3! Hoping for a Tigers win that night v. The Rangers at 7p!
In the car (again, last one…), headed to Chicago! Can’t wait for White Sox v. Yanks on Aug 4 and Cubs v. Reds on Aug 5! Does it get better than a day game at #WrigleyField? I hear it doesn’t, and I can’t wait!
The 2011 Sports Convention rounds out my time in the Midwest, and I fly back to LA on Saturday, Aug 6.
But wait, there’s one more… because Sunday, Aug 7 is Alison & Matt’s wedding in Lake Forrest. Woot, I hope my dancing shoes are waiting for me there!
And that is it, back to work on Monday, Aug 8…
Wish me luck and follow me around Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr for 2011 Summer Vacay Antics & Updates!
XO!
well, today I thought about creating this as a new tumblr post. so that’s 1…
i also was thinking about people who invent things for the modern age, and how, when I was growing up in the 80s it was about convenience. people invented to make people’s lives easier. All well and good, but a little unsustainable and immoral, at the end of the day.
at the 2011 HS science fair this year all of the inventions getting noticed were ones that would help save and protect the earth and people.
It’s nicer this way.
